Ticket Sales

All ticket prices, applicable fees, age restrictions, admission requirements, dress codes, and event-specific conditions should be displayed during purchase or on the relevant event page.

Refunds

Unless otherwise stated for a particular event, all ticket sales are final and nonrefundable, except where required by law or where LANGLICHMIE elects to provide a refund due to cancellation or other circumstances.

Event Changes

Programs, schedules, artists, speakers, performers, vendors, and other event elements may be changed when reasonably necessary.

A change to programming does not automatically entitle a ticket holder to a refund unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Admission

LANGLICHMIE and participating venues reserve the right to enforce reasonable event rules and venue policies and, subject to applicable law, may refuse or revoke admission for conduct that threatens safety, materially disrupts the event, harasses others, damages property, or violates applicable event or venue rules.

Photography & Video

Photography and filming may occur during LANGLICHMIE productions.

Appropriate notices should also be displayed during ticket purchase and/or at the venue rather than relying solely on a website Terms page.

Cultural Respect

Guests attending cultural or Vodou-centered experiences are expected to treat performers, practitioners, sacred or culturally significant objects, installations, ceremonies, and other guests respectfully.

Certain areas, moments, objects, ceremonies, or performances may prohibit photography or recording. Guests must follow instructions provided by the production team.

Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Accessibility

Guests who require reasonable accessibility accommodations should contact LANGLICHMIE sufficiently in advance when possible so that available accommodations can be coordinated with the venue.
